Central Kolonaki - Athenian Oasis

Welcome to my home in the heart of Athens, a 90 sqm luxurious flat on the 6th floor. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms - a fully furnished and comfortable tenement with some fresh sheets and towels provided. In an excellent location close to the Maximou Mansion and the National Garden, with the beautiful aspect over the lovely Ardittos hill and a panoramic view to Saronicos gulf. Close to the metro stations Syntagma and Evangelismos. There are free Greek SIM cards available upon request. For babies 0-2 years old there is no charge, but if you need a baby cot, you should include them at the number of adult guests and inform me through your message, to have it available for you. If there are two guests,who wish to sleep in separate bedrooms, they should inform me and send a request for three guests, to have two bedrooms available for them. If two guests wish to stay at the apartment more than 4 days, they should inform me first by a message, and then i will let them know if the apartment will be at their disposal , which depends on the demand and the season. The check-in time is between 15:00 - 23:00. Early check-in benefit is provided in special circumstances with an extra early/late check-in fee - 10€ (23:00- 00:00), 20€ (00:00-08:00) and 10€ (08:00-10:00) - which is independent of the extra accommodation fee ( upon agreement ). So, if you want to be sure for having an early check-in, you don;t have to take the risk of a last minute notice; your check-in day in your reservation must be the previous one of your arrival day. However, in case of a same day check-out, the check-in of the new guests will be possible only when the apartment is cleaned. A fee 20€ is charged for check-in on April 8th (Orthodox Easter) and on August 13th,14th and 15th. There is also an extra charge of 100€ in case you lose the entrance key card of the apartment. IMPORTANT: The cleaning fee is charged for the cleaning after your check-out, to receive the following guests, the apartment at the condition that you did. The location of this apartment makes the flat quite unique. One of the best things about the flat is its proximity to the magor tourist attractions and the financial district, making it an ideal base for both tourists and business visitors alike! Within walking distance of National garden, Akropolis, Plaka, fine dining, coffee shops, great shopping at the famous Kolonaki square, museums, metro, bus and Syntagma square. There is a number of bus routes, excellent transport links across Athens, two metro stations (Evangelismos and Syntagma square), taxi, transport to and from the airport - all those are very close, easy reachable and gets you anywhere you want to go. If you are interested in booking a taxi for your transportation or looking for excursions we could provide some guidance. Few simple rules for my dear guests: - please, ensure that my neighbours are respected and the noise is kept to a minimum - please, don't play the music loudly after midnight - please, deposite all toilet paper and toiletries in the bin next to the toilet in order to avoid blockages in the pipes - you are kindly requested not to smoke in the apartment - unfortunately, the pets are not permitted - make yourself at home and enjoy your stay! :) IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE By making this reservation, you accept that this is not a hotel or any other official touristic accommodation. This is a house and you are a guest. The host cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur to guests on the premises. Guests are held responsible for their own actions if they break the law. Use of drugs inside the apartment is prohibited. By making this reservation you accept that your reservation and all relevant contractual and legal relationships, rights and obligations thereof are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and that all disputes arising out of or in connection with the above are submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens. It's important to notice that this is not an official touristic accommodation. This means that you are guests in a house so you have to respect the house rules. Any illegal action is prohibited (drugs etc). For any accidents or damage in the house during the stay the guest is to be held responsible. You are not allowed to accommodate people that are not in the guest list even if there are available beds. If you want to, first contact the owner. Once you leave the house, please turn off all the air- conditioners and electronic devices. Try to save water and power. Respect this property, as if it was yours!
