This new and modern apartment has perfect location, just 70 metres fom the sandy beach in Golden sands resort. It is located on the 5th floor with lift. Golden Sands is one of the largest and most popular beach resorts on the Black Sea coast. Within just 30 minutes drive from Varna, Golden Sands is easily accessible by several regular bus lines. Varna public transport ensures convenient connection between the resort and the city each 15 minutes. There is a convenient bus line Nr409 which goes from Varna Airport to Golden sands. Max.Capacity: 4 people The apartment comprises of 74 sq.m living area, which features a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen and dining area, one double bedroom, a balcony and a bathroom. The living room combines lounge area with a comfortable sofa with TV set, a dining area with table, 4 chairs and a fully fitted kitchen. It is well equipped with a small fridge, 2 electric hobs, washing machine, toaster and kitchen utensils. In the living room there is a convertible sofa which can accommodate two additional guests. From the living room you have access to a balcony overlooking the backside side of the complex. The bedroom is comfortable furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables and a large wardrobe. The complex offers a secure parking at an additional payment of 25 euro for 7 days/ a week.
