Welcome to our apartment complex. Surrounded by amazing beaches just 10 meters away from the complex, our sunny 1 bedroom apartments offer comfort, rustic charm and stunning views of the Black Sea. The property is located only 1,5km away from Nessebar and 25km away from the airport in Burgas, Bulgaira. Be our guests and enjoy the calm and cozy environment of the quiet coast.
The apartments are welcoming, spacious and completed with all the comforts you could need for a perfect holiday. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette, a private bathroom with a shower at an estimated size of 65sq meters and can accommodate up to 4 people. There are 2 air-conditionings in the apartment, dining space, private living room and a private balcony with outdoor furnishing. The bedroom consists of one double bed and a double sofa bed. Therefore, the apartment is suitable for either 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children.
Guests have private access to their 1-bedroom apartment, private bathroom and balcony with outdoor furnishing. There is also a car parking free of charge.
The complex is located just 10 meters away from a beautiful sandy beach. There are many restaurants and a supermarket available within walking distance.
The city of Nessebar is just 1,5km away and can be reached by car. Free on-site parking is provided. The best away to get around is with a car. The airport of Burgas is 25km away and a transfer can be arranged on request.
Pets and smoking inside are not allowed.
The apartments are family/kid friendly.
Check-in after 14:00 and check-out before 12:00.
Parties are not allowed.

There is a 24-hour reception available nearby in another apartment complex, which is just 30meters away from the complex. Daily cleaning of the apartment available. Change of bed sheets and towels – every 3 days.
Crib available upon request at the charge of €3 per day and is to be paid upon arrival.
Breakfast available upon request, at the charge of €5 per person, and is to be paid upon arrival. The buffet breakfast is offered at a hotel which is situated just next to the parking area of the apartment complex.
Wi-Fi also available at an additional cost of €1 per day paid upon arrival.
