About Arendoo
Arendoo is a Bulgaria- and Greece-focused marketplace for holiday accommodation. We connect travellers looking for vacation homes, villas and apartments with the people who own or manage them — and we surface hotel inventory from connected hospitality platforms so a guest can compare in one place.
What we do
We run two complementary flows on the same site:
- A direct-booking marketplace for individually-owned vacation homes, villas and apartments. Owners self-onboard, list their property, and manage every booking from their Arendoo host account.
- A metasearch surface for hotels and larger properties that are already live on connected hospitality platforms. Arendoo shows their live prices and hands guests off to the property's own booking engine to complete the reservation.

Where we operate
Our current focus is the Balkan and East Mediterranean holiday market — Bulgaria, Greece and the neighbouring destinations that share the same summer season and cross-border traffic patterns. The platform is available in seven languages so a guest can search, book and correspond with a host in the language they already use.
What we care about
- Fair economics. A single, transparent service fee for direct bookings — disclosed before confirmation, no surprise charges at checkout.
- Direct communication. Guests and hosts talk to each other from the moment an inquiry lands, not once payment clears. Every message is on-platform so history and evidence live in one place.
- Honest attribution. On the metasearch side, every hand-off is tagged so partners can measure the traffic they receive from Arendoo and settle referral terms transparently.
