Villa Melograno IV is set over 2 floors, connected via an internal staircase, and the whole villa is air-conditioned (included in the rental price). The stylish lounge has comfortable sofas, satellite TV dining table and kitchen area. The kitchen has high quality furnishing and marble surfaces. On the ground floor there is also a spacious twin bedroom (with doors opening to the garden as well as TV), a room/bedroom with a double sofa bed that can be used to increase the capacity of the villa up to 10 guests and a family shower room.
