Close to the main port and ideal for enjoying nightlife and reaching the cruising boats to the islands Can comfortably accommodate 1-4 people. A 5th person can be easily accommodated in a portable bed (upon request) with a charge of 10 € per night. IMPORTANT NOTICES: The cleaning fee is charged for the cleaning after your check-out, in order we'll be able to deliver the apartment to the following guests in the same condition it was when you received it.. The sofa-bed splits into two single beds, so the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. In case of a same-day booking, a four-hour notice before your arrival is necessary. The charge for babies and kids is the same as that of an adult. For this reason, if there are children, you shall include them in the number of adult guests. The check-in time is between 15:00 - 21:00. There is a waiting period of 30 minutes after the agreed check in time between us and the guests. We ask for the guest's flight details in order to track the flight and avoid any inconveniences of possible delays. If you are having any emergency delay please inform us 1 hour before the arranged check in and we will be happy to accommodate you. If we do not have any prior notice, there will be an extra charge depending on the case. Early check-in benefit is provided in special circumstances with an extra early/late check-in fee - 10€ for after 21.00 and until 23.00, then 20€ from 11.00 until 08.00 and 10€ (08:00-10:00) - which is independent of the extra accommodation fee (half-day rate). So, if you want to be sure for having an early check-in, you don't have to take the risk of a last minute notice; your check-in day in your reservation must be the previous one of your arrival day. However, in case of a same-day check-out, the check-in of the new guests will be possible only when the apartment is cleaned. A fee of 10€ is charged for check-in and check-out on the previous, same and next day of Christmas (24th, 25th and 26th of December), New Year's Eve (31st of December), New Year's Day (1st of January), Epiphany (6th of January),, on 17th of June (Holy Spirit Day)on 15th of August ( The Dormition of Virgin Mary ) and on all the Greek National Holidays, such as 25th of March (Greek Independence Day) and the 28th of October (The anniversary of ‘NO’, ,which is independent of the extra fees for the early/late check-in and check-out. Regarding the Orthodox Easter, the fee applies for Friday-Saturday-Easter day and Easter Monday (25,26,27,28,29 of April). For those days, early and late check-ins will only be possible after contacting me for confirmation. NOTICE !! If you are planning for a very early/ late check-in please inform us in your request BEFORE we accept it, so as you have agreed with the extra fees !! Ιn case one of these reasons takes place ,is considered as a given that we have your agreed opinion to uprate your reservation by adding the charge .Thank you for your understanding and we would be glad to accommodate you. If you check-out late, you need to check first if the building door is unlocked, as people from the building lock it during the night for safety. And then go back to the apartment to leave the keys on the table. So BE CAREFUL not to lock yourselves out of the apartment and inside the building! You are kindly requested during your stay when you are outside and before your departure, to turn off the air condition, the hot water and also the lights! Keep in mind that, in accordance with the Greek Regulation Law, prior to your arrival, you will need to provide us through the platform personal details such as full name, passport number or your VAT number(ΑΦΜ ). In case that the guest is not the person who made the reservation, we will need their full name and their telephone number. In order for us to be in good terms with our legal obligations, we still need the details of the profile that the reservation was booked.
