Villa Amina is a stunning, brand new villa with 3 bedrooms and private swimming pool, ideally located just a 5 minutes' drive away from the sought after resort of Agios Nikolaos. Finished to the highest standard, this villa offers panoramic views, stylish details, can sleep up to 8 guests. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining living and dining area, and an extra WC for guest (with washing machine). In the living room, there is a large flat-screen Smart TV, Sound system stereo, a karaoke to enjoy your home comforts and well as entertainment for the children. There are two sofas and Wi-Fi Internet connection. Stairs lead up to the upper floor where you will find 3 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, the two others has a 2 single beds and a single sofabed each. There is also a shared bathroom with bathtub. For the comfort of our guests, the whole house is air-conditioned. A pleasant and useful gym room is available within the premises, across the pool patio.

Also the outdoor areas of Villa Amina have been designed to impress (and offer beautiful views to the sea!). The large private pool measures 8,40 x 2,75 m (depth 1.5m) and is equipped with comfortable loungers, pouffs, etc. There is also a second pool, shallow, dedicated to children. Comfotable and well furnished outdoor areas, perfect for relaxing, doing a barbecue, or dining al-fresco complement the setting. Private parking within the grounds.
